Genealogists love to combine a vacation with their family history or genealogy. Come hear how Paulette and her son travel in Scotland tracking down the places in her family history.
Paulette Anderson Petta is a Texas native, born in Cleburne. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology from the University of Texas at Arlington and a Master’s degree from the University of North Texas. Before her retirement, her career choices included being a High School Science teacher, working in the laboratory at the Tarrant County Health Department, and as an Industrial Hygienist for the Texas Workers’ Compensation Commission. Since retiring, she has more time to work on her hobby of genealogy. She has traveled with her son to Ireland and Scotland in search of her ancestors.
